Client Data Handling

Hewitt Design may store information relevant to each project and will hold onto any drawings/samples for a period of five years and then securely destroyed afterwards.

Drawings received from third parties (interior designers and architects etc.) may be sent to suppliers for project-based reasons only and will not be shared with any other company.

All files are stored on an encrypted cloud-based server which is protected by a firewall. Any paper copies will be held for a period of five years and will be securely destroyed afterwards.

Information obtained from the website form may be held for a two-year period for marketing purposes.
